带式输送机输送带摩擦学行为研究

Tribological behavior of Belt Conveyor

摘要: 为研究钢丝绳、尼龙骨架输送带在不同挤压力、不同速率下材料的摩擦学行为,用淬火钢珠与输送带组成摩擦对偶,研究了在不同载荷、滑动速率下输送带的摩擦系数与磨损量的变化规律,研究结果表明:两种输送带磨损量随载荷的增加而增大、随速率的增加而增大,两种带的摩擦系数随着压力增加都是先增大后减小。

Abstract: With conveyor belt friction pair by hardened steel ball , under different loads and sliding speeds, The different function characteristic of nylon rope core and steel cord conveyor belt was found.The results showed that two kinds of conveyor belt wear quantity increased with the increase of load, with the increase of the rate of increase; Two kinds of conveyor friction coefficient was increased before they were reduced when the press was increased .
